Principle #3 - Text, audio, video–integrated

Text is the most common medium for consuming content today, but it is not the only or even the best in all situations. Some people prefer to hear the spoken word over reading text. Yet others learn best through visual demonstrations. It is time to move away from text-only publishing and integrate audio and video (e.g., screencasting) into the experience. Customers should get to decide what format works best for them.
